Melissa Hessler
received her B.A. in psychology in 1997 from the
University of Minnesota and her J.D. from the
University of Denver College of Law in 2003. Prior
to joining Davis & Ceriani, P.C. as an associate in 2007,
Ms. Hessler worked in private practice doing
personal injury, medical malpractice and insurance
bad faith litigation.
Litigation Practice
Ms. Hessler's practice covers a broad
range of litigation matters, including securities litigation, real
estate litigation, construction litigation, complex commercial
litigation, personal injury litigation and general civil litigation.
Ms. Hessler has tried cases resulting in multi-million dollar
verdicts for her clients and has successfully represented clients
before both state and federal courts.
Awards, Professional Memberships and Activities
Ms. Hessler is a member of the
Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association, Colorado Trial
Lawyers Association and the Colorado Women's Bar Association. Ms.
Hessler has also been selected as a 2010 Rising Star by the Colorado
SuperLawyers.
