Melissa Hessler was born in St. Paul Minnesota. Melissa graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.A. in psychology in 1997. In 1998 Melissa moved from Minnesota to Colorado and in 1999 she began attending the University of Denver College of Law where she received her J.D. in 2003. Prior to joining Davis & Ceriani in 2007, Melissa worked in private practice doing personal injury, medical malpractice and insurance bad faith litigation. Melissa has tried cases to verdict and has successfully represented clients before both state and federal courts. Melissa’s practice areas include securities litigation, real estate litigation, complex commercial litigation, and general civil litigation.
