Patrick J. Kanouff is a third generation Denver native. He received his B.A. degree in Journalism from Creighton University in 1991. After working for a regional securities broker-dealer as a bank analyst, Mr. Kanouff attended the University of Denver Law School. Mr. Kanouff became an associate of Davis & Ceriani, P.C. in 1995, and a partner in 2002. He has successfully represented clients before various state and federal courts and in numerous N.A.S.D., American Arbitration Association, and private arbitrations. Mr. Kanouff's practice areas include securities litigation, real estate litigation, complex commercial litigation, and general civil litigation.
