Scott Wilkinson was born and raised near Fort Collins, Colorado. He stayed in Northern Colorado to do his undergraduate work, attending Colorado State University as a Boettcher Scholar and Honors Program participant. Scott graduated from Colorado State with a B.S. in civil engineering in 2002, becoming the third generation of his family to do so. He then attended the University of Colorado School of Law where he received his J.D. in 2005. While in law school, Scott won awards for his trial and appellate advocacy skills. Scott won the Austin W. Scott Jr. award as CU’s best oral advocate and the best oral advocate award for the American College of Trial Lawyers regional moot court competition.
Scott began working for Davis & Ceriani, P.C. as a law clerk in 2003 and became an associate of the firm in 2005. His experience with the firm includes assisting clients in securities and corporate litigation as well as debt collection. Scott’s practice areas include securities litigation, collection, and general commercial and civil litigation. He is admitted to practice before all Colorado state and federal courts.
