Nicholas Dooher

Nick Dooher is a Colorado native and grew up in Vail, Colorado. He received his B.S. degree in Business Administration with concentrations in finance and marketing from Trinity University and his law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law. After law school, Mr. Dooher worked in-house with a lender and at a small firm in the Vail area for several years before moving to a larger firm in Denver. After nearly 5 years in a regional Denver firm, Mr. Dooher left to start his own solo practice which he maintained for several years until joining Davis & Ceriani in 2014.

Real Estate and Transactional Law Practice

Mr. Dooher’s practice focuses on transactional real estate and related business matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, purchase and sale agreements for all types of real estate, commercial and residential leasing, development, common interest communities, entity formation and real estate financing and lending. He has represented a wide range of clients, including financial institutions, local and national developers, and purchasers and sellers of real estate.
