Edward Gorab

Edward R. (“Ted”) Gorab was raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado, received a B.A. in Political Science from Trinity University in 1993, and a J.D. from the University of Colorado in 1998. He joined Davis & Ceriani as an associate in 2000 and became a partner in 2005.

Real Estate and Business Law Practice

Mr. Gorab’s practice focuses on real estate, partnerships and corporations, and business transactions, and he has extensive experience in: real estate title, due diligence, financing, acquisition, sale, annexation, zoning, subdivision, development, vertical construction, and leasing; the sale and acquisition of small businesses; and formation, structuring and general matters of partnerships and other entities.

Awards, Professional Memberships and Activities

Mr. Gorab is a member of the Colorado Bar Association Real Estate and Business Law Sections, the Homebuilders Association of Metro Denver, and the Government Affairs Committee of the Colorado Association of Homebuilders, and is a member of the Board of Directors of HomeAid Colorado.
